was panting a lot 가뿐 숨을 내쉬며

Mom was kneeling beside her, stroking the top of her head.

The only really bad thing about my bionic Lobot hearing aids was the fact that I couldn’t wear a baseball cap anymore.
생체공학 로봇 보청기 때문에 나쁜 점 한 가지는 더 이상 야구 모자를 쓸 수 없다는 것이다.

Baseball caps come in really handy.

Sometimes I wish I could still get away with wearing that old astronaut helmet I used to wear when I was little.
이런 불가피한 상황에서는 어렸을 때 쓰고 다녔던 오래된 우주비행사 헬멧이 그립다.

Believe it or not, people would think seeing a kid in an astronaut helmet was a lot less weird than seeing my face.
사람들은 내 얼굴을 보는 것보다 우주비행사 헬멧을 쓰고 다니는 아이를 훨씬 덜 이상하게 생각한다.

I think there should be a rule that everyone in the world should get a standing ovation at least once in their lives.
누구나 일생에 적어도 한 번은 기립박수를 받아야 한다는 그런 법이 있으면 좋겠다.
